We are always looking for people willing to come make a difference in our projects in Tanzania. If you want to teach English at a school, or work with local communities regarding clean water, we have many projects that you can support on. We always customize your volunteer experience to what you are interested in doing and send you a volunteer proposal before hand so you know what your schedule would be when being in Tanzania.
We appreciate our volunteers staying with us for a period on minimum two weeks, but we will be able to host you in our charity for as long as period as you want. Your project will be individually adapted to your time here.
Your Volunteering Experience
When volunteering with Mizizi Ya Mafanikio, our goal is always that you get an experience of a lifetime. We aim to always to have a personalized experience where you will have the responsibility of your own project and deliveries, of course always with the support of our team.
When you are interested in volunteering with us, you will first have a call together with Katia, Linus or Fanny to get the opportunity to describe your interests and your ideas for your time in Tanzania.
After the call, you will receive a Volunteer Handbook from us with more information on Arusha, Tanzania and all practical information you can need such as packing list, information about SIM card, and much more. You will also receive a personalized project proposal with the project we create for you based on your interests, so the experience here can be a life changing time for you.
We will support you during your entire time here with our local support system and network of people.
What makes Mizizi Ya Manfanikio truly special is how connected the founders - Fanny, Katia, and Linus are to the local community. They have lived in Arusha, Tanzania for years and because of that have been able to create such a safe, personal, and deeply immersive experience that few other volunteer
